CIC’s Technical Support Services ensure the continuity, safety and reliability of the Center’s digital infrastructure, laboratory material workflows, physical facilities and central stock management.
The Technical Support Services section brings together four operational units that provide essential support to the Center’s research activity: IT support, preparation of laboratory material, infrastructure maintenance and central store room management.





Provision of comprehensive information technology services, including installation and configuration of hardware and software, preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment, and technical troubleshooting to ensure the continuity and reliability of digital infrastructure across the Center.

Provision of essential laboratory support services, encompassing the washing, sterilization, and quality control of materials used across the Center's laboratories; preparation of general-use solutions, culture media, and competent cells; and custom preparation of solutions upon request, ensuring the availability of ready-to-use consumables for research activities.

Oversight and upkeep of the Center's physical facilities and scientific equipment, ensuring that all installations operate under optimal safety and functional conditions in compliance with applicable regulations.

Centralized procurement and stock management of essential supplies and reagents of common interest to all Center members.
The store room provides access to stationery, biochip reagents, culture media, chemical reagents, laboratory consumables, and enzymes, and is equipped with cold chamber and –20°C storage facilities for temperature-sensitive materials.
